Dining on Bonaire
Great restaurants on Bonaire
Dining on Bonaire in the Caribbean Island is surprisingly good. They serve a variety of dishes whose roots span the globe, Dutch, French, British, Indonesian, Italian,Vietnamese, and Chinese. If you are looking for a unique Caribbean dining experience, you will want to try our local specialties like Kabrito Stoba (goat stew), sopi di pisca (fish soup) and fungi. Elegant, five-star Caribbean restaurants serve those who desire a formal dining experience while beach side stands offer a taste of Caribbean island cuisine in a casual setting. Bonaire offers a huge amount of restaurants for our small Island.

Enjoy typical French dishes at the harbor side restaurant Bistro de Paris. It Rains Fishes is trendy and is heaven for fish lovers. Inside the restaurant is a shop where you can buy fresh fish to take home. Sebastian’s is a must for a romantic dinner, reserve the private pier table and watch the sunset!

Little Havana, a fun place for a Happy Hour and lots of ( music ) events. For the best home made salads, sandwiches and cakes pass by this tiny Restaurant Between 2 Buns. They are open early for breakfast (7am) and lunch. The best thing……it’s air conditioned!
Besides the above restaurants Bonaire has many local restaurants, mainly offering local food, Chinese and Latin American food. These are very popular with our locals and affordable. Just give them a try! Some I can recommend are Mi Banana, El Fogon Latino, Maiky Snack and the Rose Inn in the town of Rincon.
